Creative Wellness: A Journey Through the Senses
This transformative two-part workshop beckons you to delve deeper into your inner self through a guided exploration of the five senses using the expressive arts. It’s an initiation into sensory awareness, mindfulness, and movement, a journey of self-discovery through sights, sounds, smells, tastes, and touch.

- A mixed media or watercolor journal approximate size 9″ X 12″
- A number 2 pencil
- A kneaded eraser
- All other materials will be provided

A three-part workshop where we turn an ordinary book into a masterpiece reflecting themes from your life and your creative spirit.

- A pre-selected hard-covered book with a sewn in spine (not a glued spine)
