Transformation: Gatherings
Join us for GATHERINGS, weekly creative wellness workshops that feature a different art project each week. Using simple tools, participants explore the expressive arts in a relaxed, supportive environment. Connect with others and reconnect with your creative spirit.

Wellness Workshop
What do you need to hold on to, and what are you ready to let go of? We take in the good, release stress, and remember to open our hearts to what we hold dear. This workshop uses poetry, paint, and collage as a practice of loving-kindness and creativity to include in our journals.
